There are currently three condominium developments in Paradise with a fourth in development. If you like all that this town has to offer, you should speak to the condo experts soon to be sure you don’t miss the possibilities.

The area was first developed back in the 1800s but until the early 1990s, the Town of Paradise as we know it now was two separate towns – Paradise and St. Thomas – and several small, diverse developments... Elizabeth Park, Evergreen Village, Three Island Pond, and Topsail Pond. Since joining together, the town has enjoyed phenomenal growth, climbing to over 10,000 residents and still growing. At this time condominiums in Paradise, are still fairly rare, but they are bound to grow in popularity as the town continues to expand.

Location, Location, Location… and that’s just the start!

As might be expected, much of Paradise’s popularity is due to its location. It is nestled between Newfoundland & Labrador’s three largest communities — St. John’s, Mount Pearl, and Conception Bay South — and also bridges the gap from the always-busy Kenmount Road and Manuels Access Road to its east, to the tranquil waters and postcard scenery of Conception Bay to its west. As more families have discovered the advantages of living in the land of plenty, the population of Paradise has exploded in recent years to the point where Statistics Canada has recognized it as the fastest-growing municipality in Atlantic Canada.

Paradise can trace its attractiveness to more than just location, however. The town offers some of the best canoeing, wind surfing, and sailing locales in the entire region, and much of the region enjoys a spectacular view of Conception Bay and Bell Island. The town has invested in improving or building new recreational facilities, and has two new primary/elementary schools and one high school.

After all... why settle for a condo, when you could have a condo in Paradise?
