I’d absolutely recommend Larry Hann to anyone buying or selling a house in St. John’s. Larry went out of his way to show us every property we were interested in – and we saw a lot! He was knowledgeable about the houses we were seeing – often pointing out defects we might have missed, and he was unbelievably patient as we changed our minds about neighbourhoods, price ranges, and essential features. No matter how busy he was, he returned our calls quickly.
